As the director of APAX Medical, Dr Moses Ng is devoted to using his skills to manage everyday medical skin conditions. But the true value of his work is intangible; bringing his patients renewed confidence from within. And it is this that drives Dr Ng to achieve precision and accuracy in his craft, leaving his patients looking natural and feeling the best they can be.
As a result of his attention to detail, Dr Ng believes he can make a difference in the lives of his patients – from children living with eczema and teenagers with serious acne to individuals who place a strong focus on ageing gracefully yet beautifully.
Developing his passion from the region, Dr Ng is fortunate to work with some incredibly talented individuals in his career, motivating him on a path of lifelong learning and teaching to reach greater depths and breath in knowledge and skills, offering his patients the highest standards of care.
Dr Ng’s main clinical interest lies in Acne Management, Acne Scarring Management, Pigmentation Disorders, and Laser Surgery.
Accredited with an M.B.B.S Distinction from London, he also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology with Distinction. Dr. Moses Ng holds a distinction-level Master of Science (MSc) in Aesthetic Medicine from the prestigious Blizard Institute, a renowned research centre within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. This exceptional academic achievement underscores his advanced, evidence-based commitment in the field. Dr. Moses Ng is an elected member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the world’s largest professional organisation dedicated to promoting excellence in patient care by advancing laser and other energy-based technologies. He is also a member of the prestigious American Acne and Rosacea Society, which is dedicated to research, patient care, and professional education. He continues to serve a tutorship in the Dermatology Programme at the University of Cardiff.

Dr Tan Li Yi graduated with a Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Medical Studies with Distinction from the University of New South Wales. She is accredited by the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group for a comprehensive range of procedures, including botulinum toxin injections, laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation, and holds a certification from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
With a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine and a keen interest in dermatology, Dr Tan combines medical expertise with a lifelong passion for skincare. Her clinical philosophy centres on enhancing each person's natural features to deliver balanced, subtle, and natural-looking outcomes — believing that healthy, well-cared-for skin deeply impacts an individual's confidence and overall wellbeing.
Dr Tan's main clinical interests lie in Laser Surgery, Hair Loss Management, Wrinkle Reduction, and Skin Tightening Procedures.
